This page explains how we dispatch and deliver bulk packaging box orders. Since every order's size and destination varies, exact costs and timelines are confirmed at the time of booking.

1. Dispatch Timeline

Standard (non-customized) orders are typically dispatched within 3 working days of order confirmation and full/advance payment. Custom-printed or branded orders may take [X] business days for production before dispatch, depending on quantity and design complexity.

2. Delivery Area

We manufacture and ship from Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh, and deliver across India via [your courier/transport partner(s), e.g. road transport / named logistics company]. Delivery timelines vary by destination and are shared with you at the time of booking confirmation.

3. Shipping Charges

Shipping cost depends on order weight, volume, and destination, and is calculated and shared with you before final payment - it is not included in the per-box price shown on product pages unless stated otherwise.

4. Order Tracking

Once dispatched, we will share tracking details (where available) via WhatsApp or email so you can follow your shipment.

5. Damaged or Missing Shipments
