Terms of Service

Last Updated: October 16, 2026

These Terms of Service govern your use of thefancypack.online and any order placed with The Fancy Pack ("we", "us"). By using this website or submitting a booking/enquiry, you agree to these terms.

1. Our Business Model

The Fancy Pack is a wholesale/B2B manufacturer of packaging boxes. We sell in bulk with a Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) shown on each product page. Prices shown are indicative and may be confirmed at the time of order based on quantity, customization, and current material rates.

2. How Ordering Works

Placing a "Book Now" enquiry on this website is a request for us to confirm availability, final pricing, and delivery timeline - it is not an automatic order confirmation or payment. An order is confirmed only once both parties agree on quantity, price, specifications, and payment.

3. Pricing & Payment

Prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) and are exclusive/inclusive of GST as stated at the time of quotation. We currently accept payment via Cash on Delivery (COD) or bank transfer/UPI on account, with details shared directly after your booking is confirmed.

4. Customization & Printing

Where you request custom printing, sizing, or branding, please ensure artwork and specifications are confirmed in writing before we begin production. Once a custom order is confirmed and production has started, it generally cannot be cancelled - see our Return & Refund Policy.

5. Product Accuracy

We make reasonable efforts to display accurate product images, sizes, and specifications. Minor variations in colour or finish may occur due to printing/material batch differences and photography/screen display.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website - text, images, and branding - belongs to The Fancy Pack unless otherwise stated, and may not be reused without permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from delays, third-party courier issues, or misuse of products after delivery.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts in Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh having jurisdiction.
